Sinopsis (Synopsis):
Lahir sebagai putra Dewa Zeus, Hercules (diperankan oleh Kellan Lutz) tumbuh menjadi seorang pemuda yang tangguh dan ahli dalam pertempuran. Sayangnya Hercules bukanlah seorang anak yang diharapkan dari ayah tirinya yang tidak lain adalah raja Amphitryon (diperankan oleh Scott Adkins) yang lebih sayang terhadap putra pertamanya Iphicles (diperankan oleh Liam Garrigan). Persaingan antara Iphicles dan Hercules juga menyangkut seorang puteri yang mereka perebutkan.
Born as the son of the god Zeus, Hercules (played by Kellan Lutz) grow into a strong young man and skilled in combat. Unfortunately Hercules is unexpected child of his stepfather who is none other than the king of Amphitryon (played by Scott Adkins) is more dear to Iphicles first son (played by Liam Garrigan). Competition between Iphicles and Hercules also about a daughter who they fought.
Akhirnya Hercules dikirimkan untuk bertugas perang dan akhirnya membuat Hercules tertawan dan menjadi gladiator untuk dapat bertahan hidup. Tetapi semangatnya tidak pernah hilang untuk berjuang untuk kembali ke kerajaannya dan bertemu dengan sang kekasih.
Hercules eventually sent to serve the war and eventually made Hercules captivity and became a gladiator in order to survive. But it has never lost his enthusiasm for the fight to return to the kingdom and meet with her lover.
Review :
Cerita klasik yang sangat sayang untuk diangkat menjadi sebuah film yang “biasa” saja. Dan sayangnya itulah yang terjadi. Film The Legend Hercules ini menjadi sebuah tontonan yang biasa saja, tidak jelek tapi juga tidak spektakuler, sesuatu yang seharusnya Renny Harlin mampu lakukan
Classic story that is very dear to be appointed as a film that “regular” course. And unfortunately that’s what happened. The Legend Hercules becomes an ordinary spectacle, not bad but also not spectacular, something that should Renny Harlin able to do
